“Oye y ten entendido, hijo mío, el más pequeño, que es nada lo que te asusta y aflige, no se turbe tu corazón, no temas esa enfermedad… ¿No estoy yo aquí que soy tu madre?”
Madre y Señora de Guadalupe, en tus manos bondadosas coloco mis penas y mis alegrías, mis aciertos y mis errores para que ilumines mis pasos a lo largo de mi caminar por la vida. Fuente de amor y compasión, de alegría y de esperanza, haz de mí un instrumento de paz y reconciliación en un mundo azotado por la violencia y la devisión.

O God, father of mercies, who placed your people under the singular protection of your Son's most Holy Mother, grant that all who invoke the Blessed Virgin of Guadalupe, may seek with ever more lively faith the progress of peoples in the ways of justice and peace. Through Christ Our Lord, Amen.
